OUR APPROACH

Age-Appropriate Therapy

Every approach is tailored to you. No cookie-cutter protocols — just genuine, evidence-based care delivered by chartered professionals who truly understand.

Ages 5-11: Play & Creative Therapy

Young children express emotions through play, art and stories — not words. Our play therapy sessions use creative techniques to help children process feelings they don't yet have vocabulary for. It's therapy that looks like fun — but does profound work.

Ages 12-18: Adolescent CBT

Adapted cognitive-behavioural approaches that respect adolescent autonomy while providing structured support. We meet teenagers where they are — not where adults think they should be — and build trust before we build strategies.

Family & Parent Support

We work closely with parents and carers. You'll receive guidance on communication, boundary-setting and creating a home environment that supports your child's emotional development. Your wellbeing matters too.

“The body keeps score. When your shoulders carry what your mind cannot say, therapy creates the space to finally put that weight down and breathe again.”

— Dr Bhavna Jaiswal (CPsychol), Founder of Nelumbo Consultancy

“My 14-year-old daughter had become a stranger — angry, withdrawn, refusing school. Dr Bhavna connected with her in a way I couldn’t. Within two months, she was back at school and talking to us again. I can’t overstate what that means to our family.”

— Rachel P., Parent

You Don't Have to Do This Alone

Your first consultation is completely free. No pressure, no obligation. Just a conversation — because sometimes that’s all it takes to start feeling better.
